Baked Teriyaki Chicken Quesadillas
My friend Jeremy sent me a version of this recipe, his was for teriyaki(*) chicken soft tacos. But since the temperature in Maine is currently rocking at about 10 degrees a cold dinner didn’t feel quite right. So I modified his recipe to make baked quesadillas.
From the roommate reviews, this one is definitely a keeper!
